Welcome to the HOURCAR Documentation site! This is HOURCAR's internal knowledge base — a place to find procedures, reference information, and guides to help you do your job.
What's Here
The site is organized into the following sections:
- Home — staff directory, department contacts, and email distribution lists
- General — information that applies to all staff, including the staff driving discount and office door codes
- Tools — links to shared tools like the Out of Office calendar and other resources
- Member Services — procedures, troubleshooting guides, and task walkthroughs for the MS team
- Fleet — service trip guides, hub information, charging procedures, and fleet operations
- Vehicles — vehicle details, dash light reference, and tow information
- Tech — IT documentation, Vulog configuration, data and database references, and technical procedures
Getting Started
If you're new, start with the Home, General, and Tools pages — these have resources that apply to all staff regardless of department.
From there, explore the section relevant to your role for department-specific procedures and guides.
