Classic Outlook

Some staff, primarily in Member Services, rely on features in Outlook for Windows (Classic) to do their jobs. Classic Outlook must be manually installed by an admin, as deployment through Intune / Company Portal is not currently supported.

To install Classic Outlook, use the Windows Store: Outlook for Windows (classic) | Windows Store.

When setting up a computer for new Member Services staff, Classic Outlook should be installed by an admin at the time of setup.

Alternatively, a user can install it themselves through the Windows Store if they have been granted access to Admin By Request.
