North

UROC (Urban Research and Outreach Center)

Enter from Plymouth Ave. The hub space is facing Plymouth just to the right of the entrance.

Whittier and Uptown

Nicollet and Groveland

This parking space is located in the parking lot north of Plymouth Congregational Church. Enter the lot from Groveland Ave.

MCAD (Minneapolis College of Art and Design)-

This parking space is located in the small parking lot behind the building at 2537 Stevens Ave. Enter the parking lot from Stevens Ave or from the alley way off 26th, just East of Stevens Ave.

Uptown Cub

This parking space is located on the east side of the Cub Foods lot, facing Dupont Ave. When entering from Dupont Ave, the car is a few spaces down from the accessible parking spaces to the left.

Midtown

Midtown Global Market

This parking space is located inside the parking ramp across 10th Ave S from Midtown Global Market. The parking space is located on the street level of the ramp. You do not need to enter or exit the pay-area of the ramp to access this Hourcar. The parking space is across the aisle from the ramp office.

Midtown YWCA

This parking space is located in the northeast corner of the Midtown YWCA's parking lot. The Hourcar stall is in the aisle that is closest to 22nd Ave. There is a gate to enter and exit this parking lot that you can use the parking card to access.

South

Nighthawks

The hub is located in the lot behind Nighthawks. Enter from 38th and the hub will be immediately to your right.

Seward Co-op Friendship Store

The hub is located in the northwest corner of the Co-op lot.

46th St LRT Station

The parking space is located in the northernmost space on the right.

North East

Banks Building – 1st Ave NE

This hub is on the north corner of 1st Ave NE and Central Ave SE. It can be accessed by foot from the sidewalk on the north side of 1st Ave NE. When returning the Hourcar to the hub you can only access the parking lot from 1st Ave NE, which is a one-way headed west.

Timber & Tie (Electric)

Turn into the alleyway from 14th Ave, then turn right into the 2nd, larger parking area. You will see a charger and 2 cars to your left in front of the commercial space.

Marcy Holmes and Dinkytown

Marcy Park Co-op (Electric)

Enter the parking lot from SE 8th St. The two HOURCAR parking spaces are immediately on your right.

Pillsbury Court

This parking space is in the surface lot of the Pillsbury Court Townhomes. Enter the lot from 10th Ave SE, between 5th and 6th Streets SE. The Hourcar is parked in the stall closest to the sidewalk.

Como

Maya Commons (Electric)

The hub is located near the front entrance of the building; there is a charger and two spots on the West side of the small parking lot.

Como Student Co-op- (Electric)

The parking space is located in Lot C, the north parking lot. Enter from Hennepin Ave or 29th Ave SE. The parking location is on the east side of the lot. The right three chargers are for residents, and the two HOURCAR spots are across from each other as pictured above.

U of M and Prospect Park

Washington Ave Ramp

This hub is located in the southwest corner of the second floor of the parking ramp. Enter the parking ramp at Washington Ave and Union St, go up to the second level and find the Hourcars parked at "Bat Level". When you return to park the car, be sure to park in an Hourcar space. DO NOT PARK IN THE ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING SPACES. Use the parking card to exit and re-enter this ramp by holding it to the card reader at the ramp gate.

Oak St Ramp

The hub is located on the second level of the parking ramp in spaces B13 and B14, across from the elevator lobby. Use the parking card to exit and re-enter the ramp. Swipe the parking card at the reader next to the ticket machine when exiting and entering the ramp.

Blaze Credit Union- Malcolm and University- MPLS Prospect Park

Enter the parking lot by car from Malcolm Ave SE. The hub will be located in the corner closest to University and Malcolm.

Riverside

Augsburg University

BEHIND the building. This parking space is located on the south side of the Oren Gateway Center in Augsburg's lot H, between the building and 21st Ave. Enter the lot from 21st.

Seward Co-op - Franklin

This parking space is in the northwest corner of the Seward Co-op parking lot. Enter and exit this lot either from Franklin or 28th Ave.

Franklin Housing Co-op (Electric)

Enter the parking lot from E Franklin Ave. The HOURCAR parking spaces are on your left.

Downtown and North Loop

Sunrise Bank

This parking space is located in the parking lot of Sunrise Bank. Enter the parking lot from N 6th Ave. The Hourcar stall is the first space on your right.

Intersect Apartments (Electric)

Enter from 3rd Ave N and find the spaces located at the back of the Intersect Apartment building on either side of the garage door.

One space is parked parallel to the garage and the other space is at a 90 degree angle from the garage. Park inside the white parking lines at both spaces.

222 Hennepin

This parking space is located in the small visitors parking lot on the North side of the building on 2nd St N, just to the west of Hennepin Ave. Enter the lot under the '222 Visitor parking' sign.

The Hourcar stall is the second on the left.

Mill City Quarter

The hub is located in the retail parking behind the Mill City Quarter Apartments. Enter via the public driveway on S 2nd St. It is in the square lot to the Northwest of the public driveway. Note that the alley off 3rd Ave S is one-way.

409 Marquette

This parking space is located in the Downtown Auto Park garage. The car is located on the ground floor of the garage, near the ramp office. The car can be accessed by foot directly from the sidewalk on Marquette Ave.

To exit and enter the ramp in the Hourcar, use tap the parking pass.

8th St S and 4th Ave S

This parking space is located in the loading dock parking area of the building at 333 S 7th St. Enter the lot from S 8th st. The parking stall will be the first one on the left as you enter the parking lot.

St. Thomas – LaSalle and 11th

This parking space is located in the parking lot of the University of St Thomas Law school. The parking stall is in the northeast corner of the lot. The vehicle is parked facing 11th St. Use the parking card to re-enter this lot by holding it up to the reader.

A Ramp (Electric)

The entrance closest to the hub location is located next to the Prince mural, and you will specifically want to go in the entrance closer to the Target Center. Mapping software will direct you to enter the ramp via highway, so an easy way to find this entrance is to route to the Prince mural itself. If you're on foot, go in the door next to the mural and go up to the 5th floor, where the cars should be easily visible as soon as you exit the stairwell.

Tap the parking pass on the scanner to enter. Follow the path to the left going to the upper floors, and exit the spiral on Floor 5.

When you enter the floor, the hub is directly to your left and slightly behind you. There is a sign that says "no left turn," so follow the path of the parking ramp to the right and around until you find the hub. The door to the stairs or Skyway are be located behind the hub.

Green Rock Apts (Electric)

NOTE: this hub is temporarily at nearby 1600 Park Ave until the hub is ready to open

Green Rock Apartments have multiple buildings, the one with the hub is 1501 Portland Ave. Enter the parking lot from E 15th St and the hub will be in the first spots on your right.

Oak Grove St and Spruce Place

This location is in the parking lot on the northeast corner of Oak Grove St and Spruce Place, one block south of W 15th St. You can enter the lot from either Spruce Place or Oak Grove St. The parking stalls are on the south end of the lot (closest to Oak Grove St) facing each other.
