A late return of an HOURCAR can be very disruptive for members and staff, as well as a possible sign of fraud or suspicious behavior.

When communicating with a member who is actively late, we want to give them all possible opportunities to fix the situation. We should go into the member interaction with a friendly and helpful tone, and keep up this attitude while still holding our boundaries on the rules.
