Late Trip Process

The Late Trip Process is used to follow up with all HOURCAR trips that returned late or displaced a member. We have set up this process to:

  • Discourage lateness and the possibility of future displacement
  • Have a process so late trip measures are enforced equally
  • Start with a lower, more manageable fee before charging the full $40
