OOS Reasons
Damage - Exterior and low-autonomy-level
These cars don't need to be monitored by MS, we can leave that to Fleet and Shop to handle.

Migrated to STAG
This can be ignored, it just means that the car in question is connected to the Staging Back Office instead of the normal back office. If you need to communicate with a car with this OOS reason, you will need to log in to STAG BO.

Fleet Use
For any car marked as Fleet Use and not showing status as "In Use", check to see that someone from fleet has interacted with the car recently. If it's been a while since anyone from fleet has touched it, check with Alasdair to see if it can be enabled.

Hiding from members
This OOS reason should be used very infrequently on Evies, so check to see if there's a more specific label this can have. A legitimate use case for this label on an Evie is a car trapped inside a parking ramp, which can keep this label if fleet's been notified and it's ticketed for fix. Almost all other issues should be labeled with a more specific reason why it is hiding from members.
Lost and Found and Other category
Cars OOS for Lost and Found retrieval, holding for a member displacement, or other custom reason should have a clear label on why it is held and a date to release.

Format should be "Release [time and date] - Hold for [member name] - [reason]". Format should be "Release [time and date] - Hold for [member name] - [reason]".
If it is past the release date and time, enable the car. Please also check how the situation was resolved and if the member needs more follow up. If there is no release date, look into the situation and make sure the car can be released. If it is past the release date and time, enable the car. Note
Lost and Found pickup should not hold a car OOS for more than an hour or two.
out-of-comm
Cars take themselves OOS if they are unable to connect to the back office for a while. Check to see if the car will wake up and talk to us - if it does, we can make it available. If it does not wake up, make sure there's a ticket for fleet to check it out.

low-battery-auxiliary
This means the 12V battery is low. The car should automatically throw a ticket for fleet when this happens. Confirm that there's an open ticket for fleet to deal with. If fleet has already been there and the battery is back up past 11.7V, you can enable the car. If fleet's been there and it's dropped low again, let them know it needs another visit.
- When it is especially cold out, it can be helpful to check this on HOURCARs as well to prevent member displacements.
is-charging
On the Vehicle page when filtered by "Out of Service reason" -> is-charging, filter also for "Vehicle isn't charging". If any cars are OOS for "is-charging" while not actually charging, they should be enabled. Report the car on the False "is-charging" Spreadsheet and make a ticket on the vehicle for fleet to check on the charging settings.
- This category doesn't necessarily need to be checked every day. The goal is that this is working without us needing to babysit, and if we happen to catch something, that's cool and helpful.
