Adding Arvig Rep Account

All call Center Reps with Arvig Answering Solutions need their own login in order to get the 2FA code. When a new rep is being trained on our account, we'll get an email from Arvig asking for us to set up their account.

Process

  1. Go to the Users tab in Vulog and select "Add"
  2. Fill out the account as follows:
    • Username and email: email given by Arvig
    • Password: randomly generate a password from any free password generator online. Make sure to save this to send to Arvig
    • Last Name: RepLastName - Arvig
    • First Name: RepFirstName
    • Role: CustomerSupportAgent
    • Address: HOURCAR Office address or other relevant address - it needs something
  3. Hit Save and wait a minute - it takes a sec for the account to be created.
  4. Open up the account you just made to continue setup.
  5. Add Arvig Answering Solutions as a new business profile.
    • email: rep's email
    • phone: 5555555555 (they don't need a real phone number - you can actually just put all 5's)
  6. Add phone number to personal profile as well (it can be 5555555555)
  7. Leave Service Statuses unchanged. Both profiles should say Documents: Incomplete and Status: Unregistered
  8. Double check that their role is CustomerSupportAgent and that there's an email, phone, and address in both profiles.
  9. Email Arvig with the new login info, and suggest the rep changes their password after logging in for security
