Classic Outlook

Some staff, primarily in Member Services, rely on features in the Classic version of Outlook to do their jobs. This currently needs to be manually installed by an admin, as deployment through Intune / Company Portal has not been functioning properly.

To install the new version, follow the installation process through the Windows Store: Outlook for Windows (classic) | Windows Store.

When setting up computer for new Member Services staff, Outlook for Windows (Classic) should be installed by an admin at the time of setup to ensure that an in-person office visit is not required.
